cleanliness issues

Unfortunately, the room cleanliness left something to be desired. I found soap scum in the shower and stains on the bedding. While the coffee maker being tucked away inside a closet felt like an oversight, it certainly made accessing coffee a hassle. I requested room maintenance after a couple of days, but it only resulted in emptied trash bins and made beds, with no change of bedding or replenishment of coffee supplies.

Great location near all major attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler. Friendly staff always ready to help. Breakfast was well presented and delicious, even if the choices were limited. Needed cleaning supplies but had to wait longer than expected. The check-out process was frustrating with only one staff member handling multiple guests and phone calls. Wish the breakfast options had more variety to enhance the stay.

The room was spacious with a roll-in shower and adapted bath facilities. Air conditioning worked well. The spa was nice for relaxing. Staff was helpful. Beds need some improvement, they dipped in the middle. The location was super convenient for exploring attractions nearby.

great location

excellent service

i had a lovely stay at le meridien! it’s just a short walk to love park and other major attractions. the service was fantastic – we had an issue with the shower, and it was fixed in just 30 minutes. the 24-hour gym was a nice touch too!

The hotel also offers a neat rooftop pool for some relaxation and a cozy lounge area to unwind after a busy day.
